1. Acceptance
By accessing or using TacoBout, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use TacoBout on behalf of a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to do so.
2. Services
TacoBout provides a public inventory catalog and protected tools for inventory, order, shipping, sales, analytics, and ACO group management. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued.
3. Accounts and authorization
Administrative features are limited to authorized users. You are responsible for account security and activity performed through your access. You may connect Google only when you own or are authorized to use that Google account and its Forms and Drive files.
4. ACO forms and submitted information
When you create or manage an ACO group, you authorize TacoBout to create, copy, edit, publish, close, read, and delete the associated Google Form as directed through the service. You are responsible for the content of your Forms, obtaining any required consent from respondents, protecting response data, and using exported profiles lawfully and only for the stated checkout purpose.
Form respondents are responsible for reviewing the disclosure shown on a Form before submitting and for providing accurate information. Submitting a Form does not guarantee a successful purchase.
5. Retailers and automated checkout
TacoBout is not the retailer, payment processor, delivery carrier, Google, or any third-party checkout tool. Inventory, pricing, purchase limits, authorizations, charges, cancellations, fulfillment, and retailer decisions remain controlled by those third parties. Automated checkout may fail, create multiple purchase attempts, or result in multiple authorized orders when disclosed by the applicable Form.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use TacoBout to violate law, infringe rights, access an account without permission, misrepresent identity, distribute malware, evade service protections, or collect and use personal or payment information outside the disclosed and authorized purpose.
7. Your data and connected services
You retain responsibility for information you enter or connect. You grant TacoBout permission to process it only as needed to provide the requested functions. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, TacoBout disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful checkout, accurate third-party data, or permanent availability of any feature.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TacoBout will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, failed purchases, retailer actions, or unauthorized account use arising from the service.
10. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated for misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or service discontinuation. You may stop using the service and disconnect connected accounts at any time.
11. Changes and contact
